Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services and template purchases made on shadibiodata.com, operated by Joshi Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase on our Platform, you agree to this policy.

Nature of Our Products

shadibiodata.com provides digital products — specifically, downloadable marriage biodata PDF templates. Since our products are digital and are delivered instantly upon successful payment, special conditions apply as described below.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

1. Technical Failure: If you were charged but did not receive access to the paid template or were unable to download the PDF due to a verified technical error on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same template due to a payment gateway error, the extra charge will be fully refunded.

3. Request Window: All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of purchase by emailing support@shadibiodata.com with your order details and reason for refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following are non-refundable:

1. Once a paid biodata template has been successfully accessed and the PDF has been generated or downloaded, the purchase is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, accidental purchases after the PDF has been downloaded, or dissatisfaction with the design after download.

3. Free template downloads are not eligible for any refund as no payment is involved.

Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly:

1. There is no subscription model — each template is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel after purchase.

2. If you wish to cancel a payment before the PDF is generated or downloaded, contact us immediately at support@shadibiodata.com and we will attempt to process the cancellation. Once the PDF is generated, cancellation is not possible.

3. In case of a valid cancellation approved before PDF access, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Refund Process and Timeframe

1. To request a refund, email support@shadibiodata.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]", your registered email address, and a brief description of the issue.

2. We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.

3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
