Your Data Stays on Your Device
Your biodata details are primarily stored on your device in your browser. Most personal data you enter — including your name, date of birth, family details, contact information, religion, education, profession, and other biodata fields — stays in your browser's local storage on your device. This data persists until you manually clear your browser data or use a different browser/device.
Your profile photo is never uploaded to our servers. Photo processing (upload, crop, and embedding into the PDF) happens entirely within your browser. We have no access to your photo at any point.
What We Do Receive from You
We may share data with our server only for limited feature-related processing:
- Template suggestion support — to suggest suitable templates based on the information you provide.
- Optional translation — if you choose a language other than English and opt for translation, required text may be sent for translation processing.
- Payment information — if you purchase a premium template, payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (e.g., PhonePe). We receive only a payment confirmation token, not your full card or bank details.
We do not save your personal information on our server or in our database.
No Registration Required
ShadiBiodata.com does not require you to create an account, sign up, or log in. You can create and download your biodata completely anonymously. We do not ask for or store your email address, phone number, or any identity credentials.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that profile your personal behaviour. Basic, non-identifying technical cookies may be used solely to ensure the platform functions correctly (e.g., session state). We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data.
Third-Party Payment Processor
Premium template purchases are handled by a third-party payment gateway. When you choose to pay, you are directed to the payment gateway's secure interface. That gateway's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or bank account details on our systems.
Data Security
Since your personal data never leaves your device, the primary security responsibility rests with your browser and device. We encourage you to use an up-to-date browser and keep your device secure. All communication between your browser and our servers uses industry-standard HTTPS encryption to protect any data in transit.
